Pull List 04/07/10: A Breather

For my in-store stuff its a pretty light week. Almost all of the books this week I will be getting at the end of the month. A lot of great 2nd tier books after last weeks blockbuster Blackest Night #8, a bit of a breather week.

Batman And Robin #11 - [dcbs] Been enjoying this book, but with Bruce Wayne returning I wonder what its fate will be. 

Buffy The Vampire Slayer #34 - [dcbs] Hoping that Season 8 is wrapping up soon, been enjoying it but its been going for a long time. If this started today I probably would have Waited for the Trade

Flash Secret Files And Origins 2010 #1 - [dcbs] I love Francis Manipul's art can't wait to get a little preview, still not sure how I'm gonna get this series yet, monthly or tpb. 

Invincible Returns #1 - [dcbs] Book has been consistently good, its gearing up for a bit story in the making for almost the entire run of this book.

Red Robin #11 - [dcbs] This has been ok for me, but I can't wait for it to be over for me. Only one more issue, I'm about to do a huge Batman purge. Detective lost me, Streets of Gotham has been slow, and I don't like Tony Daniel, B&R will be it for as long as it lasts.

S.H.I.E.L.D. #1 - [dcbs] My most anticipated book, I love Hickman, the art looks great. Plus I just wanna see how Leonardo Divinci and other dudes turned away Galactus back in the day.

Superman Last Stand Of New Krypton #2 (OF 3) - Been enjoying since New Krypton, and that trend continues. Nice to see Kal back in the Superman costume beatin on Braniac again, and seeing all the characters come together.

Superman Secret Origin #5 (OF 6) - [dcbs] Awesome so far just awesome, some good fun storytelling, butting interesting wrinkles in Superman's beginnings. 

Uncanny X-Men #523 - [dcbs] I'm soo behind on my reading, when my shipment does get here I got the end of Necrosha, and the beginning of Second Coming. X-men going crazy! Been so far I hope this event keeps the momentum going. 

World War Hulks #1 - Decided to get this at the last minute. Hulks have been fun, I hope this book is worth it. Looks to be a book filling in the cracks of the larger story.
